Bath Refinery is a different kind of company. We want your bathroom remodel to be a delightful experience for you and your family in every way. Here’s how we do business:
We will always show absolute respect for you, your family, your home and your time. We understand that you have a life outside of your bathroom remodel and that you have communication, scheduling and other preferences. We will work to treat you the way we would want to be treated if our situations were reversed.
We honor our commitments to you, to our suppliers and contractors and to our employees. Promises matter. Completion schedules and budgets matter. We want you to be able to count on our consistency and our word.
We do top quality work and charge fair prices. Our rates are competitive because we can offer you the benefit of the volume discounts we receive on materials. Our unique, curated designs give you optimal choices and ease of selections. We are focused on delivering excellent craftsmanship that will make your dream bathroom the pride of your home.
We stand behind our work for you. If anything goes wrong during the 12-month period following completion of one of our bath remodels that was our fault, we will repair it at no charge. Even after the first year we will give you preferred pricing on anything in your bathroom that requires repair or attention.
Process
The Bath Refinery process puts your preferences front and center. You decide what works best for you:
Explore this site — including our style and interactive design choices — to whatever extent you’d like. Then when you’re ready, you can ask questions by text, phone or email...or go ahead and schedule an in-person appointment at your convenience.
Schedule an appointment and make your choices. We will take measurements, walk through design choices with you, and give you a rough idea of the cost and project timeline to realize your dream bathroom. You have no obligation to choose Bath Refinery or to move forward with the work at this point, and there is no charge for the consultation.
Expect an emailed proposal within 48 hours of our meeting together with the final estimated cost and project timeline for your approval. There are always uncertainties with every remodel, but we know budgets are important. We will work to give you as much certainty as we can in our estimate. With your signature, we will then schedule the work.
Make a downpayment of 20% of the final estimate prior to the start of the project.
Enjoy watching the progress on your bathroom. We will work around your preferred schedule as much as possible, giving you advance notice of which team members will be at your home and when they will be working. We will arrange to have a lockbox placed at your home so that your activities will not be disrupted.
Celebrate the completion of your bathroom and, once your are fully satisfied, pay the remainder of the cost.

Pricing
The cost of your bathroom remodel depends on several factors, including the size of the bathroom, the fixtures and design elements you choose, and the specialized finish labor involved. All of those components we can project with a high degree of accuracy in our final estimate.
We believe in sticking to a budget, and we know how important that approach is to you and our other customers. When we meet together, we can walk you through your design and pricing options and help align your selections with the overall budget you want to target.
